Lewman is a proud alumna of Benedictine College, where she earned her B.A. in Health, Wellness, and Exercise Science in 2014 while competing for four years on the Lady Ravens women's soccer team. She advanced her expertise with an M.S. in Sport and Fitness Management from Missouri Western State University in 2017 and holds an A.A. in Physical Therapy Assistant. Prior to her academic career, Lewman worked for six years in the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation department at Atchison Hospital, now Amberwell Atchison, gaining substantial clinical experience in patient rehabilitation and fitness therapy. This professional background enhances her instructional approach, bridging theoretical knowledge with practical applications in exercise science and healthcare.
