Rate My Professor Wei Rao

Wei Rao is a professor at the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. She earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Building Environment and Equipment Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2003, a Master of Engineering in Heating, Gas Supply, Ventilation and Refrigeration Engineering from the same institution in 2006, and a Ph.D. in Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering from the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2009. Her doctoral thesis focused on alkali metal based tumor minimally invasive ablation therapy. She has held positions including assistant professor at the Laboratory of Cryogenic Biomedicine at TIPC CAS, research scientist at Virginia Commonwealth University, and post-doctoral researcher at The Ohio State University.
