Herbert S. Gasser

Herbert Spencer Gasser was an American physiologist. He shared the 1944 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for discoveries relating to the highly differentiated functions of single nerve fibres. He was affiliated with the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research.
