John R. Vane

John R. Vane was a British pharmacologist. He shared the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1982 for discoveries concerning prostaglandins and related biologically active substances. At the time of the award he was affiliated with The Wellcome Research Laboratories.
