May-Britt Moser was a neuroscientist born in 1963. She shared the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2014 for discoveries of cells that constitute a positioning system in the brain. She was affiliated with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Norway when awarded.
