Professional bio
Robert J. Lefkowitz is an American physician-scientist and biochemist. He shared the 2012 Nobel Prize in Chemistry with Brian Kobilka for studies of G-protein-coupled receptors. At the time of the award he was affiliated with the Howard Hughes Medical Institute in the USA.
