Professional bio
Sir Nevill Francis Mott was a British physicist. He won the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1977 for fundamental theoretical investigations of the electronic structure of magnetic and disordered systems. He shared the prize with Philip W. Anderson and John H. Van Vleck.
