Assistant Professor specializing in Venture Technology Management, Business Administration, and Digital Transformation. My academic and research interests include artificial intelligence, technology adoption, fintech, digital innovation, sustainability, and the application of emerging technologies in business and higher education. I am interested in advancing interdisciplinary research, developing international academic collaborations, and contributing to high-quality teaching and research in business and technology management.
Professor bio
Usman Rehman is an Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Venture, Hoseo University, South Korea. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Venture Technology Management. His academic background combines business administration, economics, international trade, technology management, and industry experience in fintech and financial operations.
His research focuses on artificial intelligence adoption, digital transformation, fintech, technology acceptance, information systems, sustainability, and human–technology interaction. He employs quantitative research methods, including structural equation modeling (SEM) and partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), to investigate technology adoption, user behavior, organizational performance, and digital innovation.
He is committed to international research collaboration, high-quality academic publishing, and interdisciplinary research connecting business, technology, and behavioral sciences.
