- Coordinate communications, campaigns and impact stories that drive participation and giving.
- Use CRM, engagement and fundraising data to identify audiences, track KPIs and advise senior stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, suppliers and cross-School relationships in line with School policies.
About you
- A degree or equivalent, experience leading higher education alumni engagement, and knowledge of fundraising and good data practice.
- Experience recruiting and supporting diverse volunteers.
- Strong project management and delivery through multiple stakeholders.
- Clear, persuasive communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation, analysis and accuracy, with strong IT and advanced Excel skills.
- A positive, flexible and solution-focused approach.
