2. Candidates applying for the position are required to submit the following documents:

• an application for employment addressed to the Rector of The Mazovian University in Płock;
• a curriculum vitae (CV);
• a personal questionnaire for applicants seeking employment;
• a copy of the document confirming the award of the doctoral degree (PhD), certified as a true copy of the original by the candidate;
• copies of diplomas, certified as true copies of the originals by the candidate;
• a list of scientific publications;
• a declaration stating that The Mazovian University in Płock will be the candidate’s primary place of employment;
• copies of documents confirming professional experience and employment history;
• a declaration confirming compliance with the requirements specified in Article 113 of the Law on Higher Education and Science;
• consent to the processing of personal data;
• an information clause;
• any other documents supporting the candidate’s application, if applicable.

All documents must be signed by the candidate.

The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked:

Documents may be submitted from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Candidates whose applications are not accepted by the Competition Committee will not be informed of the outcome of the procedure.

The University reserves the right to cancel the competition without giving a reason.

Winning the competition does not guarantee employment.

In the case of applications submitted by post, the date of receipt by the University, rather than the date of the postal stamp, shall be decisive.
