Ideally candidates should have a track record in related industry experiences, and/or refereed publications and strong potential to advance research. The academic rank and the competitive compensation and benefits package including free housing, health insurance, schooling, retirement contribution, and more will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. High research candidates with established publication record may be considered for a special research track, generous research funding, up to RMB 900,000 (about USD $140K) in tax-FREE salary (pending nationality), and additional allowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extra RMB one million in housing subsidy.
