The School of Health Sciences at Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts is seeking an outstanding and highly motivated individual to join our team. This RN staff position is responsible for assessing and securing and clinical placements for our nursing programs. This role works with our clinical affiliates and the state Centralized Clinical Placement agency (CCP) to assign all students into clinical groups for all clinical courses. Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, familiar with the variety of clinical experiences in healthcare, possessing professional and effective communication skills. Prior experience in clinical coordination and scheduling of courses and clinical within a nursing program is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Clinical Course Coordinators, Program Directors, and the Nursing Division Administrative team to identify clinical education needs for the programs.
