Cosmetology Lead Instructor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor part-time cosmetology instructors
• Develop and manage the program budget
• Create and implement program schedules each semester
• Stay updated with industry trends and accreditation requirements
• Actively teach and oversee student learning and practical skills
• Assist with student graduation records and requirements
• Host and lead program advisory boards
• Manage social media platforms related to the cosmetology program

Essential Qualifications

• Valid Colorado Cosmetology License
• Minimum of 4000 hours of paid cosmetology experience within the last 5 years
• Strong knowledge of relevant technology and equipment (computer, printer, etc.)
