Offer Description
The National Authority for Research is organising a competition for the position of Director General of the National Research and Development Institute for Cryogenic and Isotopic Technologies – I.C.S.I. Râmnicu Vâlcea, in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision No. 743 of 18 September 2026 approving the Methodology for the competition for the position of Director General of national research and development institutes, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, No. 804 of 22 September 2026.
The National Research and Development Institute for Cryogenic and Isotopic Technologies – I.C.S.I. Râmnicu Vâlcea has its registered office in the Municipality of Râmnicu Vâlcea, 4 Uzinei Street, Vâlcea County.
The Institute’s field/scope of activity comprises fundamental and applied scientific research and technological development, as well as the exploitation of its own research results through technology transfer activities, design, small-scale production, investment works, technical assistance, specialised consultancy, participation in the development of strategies in its field of activity, and priority implementation of the scientific and technological objectives of the National Programme for Scientific Research and Technological Development, in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision No. 1319/1996 on the establishment of the National Research and Development Institute for Cryogenic and Isotopic Technologies – I.C.S.I. Râmnicu Vâlcea, published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, No. 335 of 11 December 1996, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
