HR Clerk

Summary of Duties:

• The position provides administrative and customer service support to the Human Resources Office.
• Responsibilities include assisting employees and visitors in person and by phone, preparing new hire orientation and open enrollment materials, performing data entry and recordkeeping functions, scanning and filing documents, and maintaining HR records.
• The role also supports HR projects, assists with reviewing and updating position descriptions, conducts research on HR best practices, and performs other administrative duties as assigned.

Work Hours: Varies based upon departmental needs
