This position combines technical expertise with analytical skills to optimize HR processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- HR Data & Reporting: Analyze workforce trends, maintain automated dashboards, and fulfill compliance reporting requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- 3-5 years of experience
- On-going Oracle Fusion HCM administration and configuration to support operations, system updates, and the release of new functionality
- Develop data management practices and audits to maintain high-quality data
- Report building and dashboard creation
- Serve as HR data subject matter expert for validation of external compliance reporting
- Act as a liaison to campus partners on the appropriate use and sharing of HR data
- Trinity workforce metrics and KPI development (Rinasha could connect data to your HR goals for the college)
- HR process knowledge across the employee lifecycle
- Understanding of AI applications in HR
- Project management
- Oracle HCM administration and configuration
- Data management and quality assurance
