Position Highlights
The Human Resources Specialist (HR Data Tech Analyst I) supports the stewardship, maintenance, and integrity of employee and volunteer data within the University's Human Resources Information System (HRIS), specifically PeopleSoft 9.2. The position reviews, processes, and approves Manager Self-Service (MSS) employment and job-related transactions and ensures personnel data is accurate, complete, and consistent with University policies and procedures. The position serves as a resource to the campus business community by providing guidance on HRIS transactions, requirements, procedures, and best practices. The position also supports HR data reporting, quality assurance, system testing, documentation, and process improvement activities.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site work at the Tucson campus with remote work flexibility.
