Responsibilities
Provide human resources services in the areas of recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff communication and engagement, training and development, and Human Capital Management System (HCMS)
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of HCMS and HR projects
Assist in the formulation and review of human resources policies and procedures
Provide executive support to the human resources-related committees of the University
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
Relevant working experience in sizable organizations
A good knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, data privacy regulations, and related legislations
Pro-active, resourceful and service-oriented
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
An excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Proficient in Excel and other computer software applications, including HCMS
Candidates with less/more experience will be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.
Salary and Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
