Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree. Currently working as a professional in a Talent Acquisition capacity (i.e. early talent acquisition, hiring, training, etc) within one of our 6 career interest communities. *Preference is given to higher appointment demand areas, including Engineering and Tech, Business & HR, Health & Life Sciences. Well-versed in resume development, interviewing strategies, and contemporary job/internship search techniques. Must be able to commit to 2 hours per week virtually. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Comfortable working in a virtual setting, interacting 1:1 with student clientele. Preferred Qualificiations 2 years of experience recruiting entry-level undergraduate talent for internship and/or full-time positions and/or 2 years of experience working with the undergraduate student population in an advising capacity.
