- Project coordination: Work with Project Managers and technical teams to plan activities, manage risks and deliver outcomes.
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure reliability, security, performance and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
You'll bring a strong technical infrastructure background and the ability to work confidently across both project delivery and operational environments.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Hands-on experience supporting, implementing or designing enterprise ICT infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem management and technical change experience.
- An understanding of infrastructure availability, reliability and service improvement.
- Experience with systems design, infrastructure installation and technical documentation.

- The ability to coordinate technical activities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience working within structured ICT governance and change management processes.
Highly regarded experience includes:

- Delivering infrastructure projects within complex or highly governed environments.
The Opportunity
- Location: Queensland (Brisbane) or South Australia (Adelaide)
- Engagement: Contract opportunity, APS6-equivalent level, Start: Nov 2026
- Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
- Security: Baseline security clearance.
