Interfraternity Council Coordinator

Manage the recruitment and new member processes for IFC fraternities

Manage online programs that support chapter management, recruitment, finances, and other essential functions

Coordinate and implement large-scale IFC programs, including new member education, risk management training, philanthropic events, and more.

Respond to crisis situations on campus involving fraternity events

Serve as a liaison between Auburn University and key constituents interested in the fraternity community including Auburn University faculty and staff, fraternity headquarters staff, chapter advisors, parents, alumni, and community members

Lead training for chapter officers, organizing leadership workshops and retreats

Qualifications

Level I

• Bachelor's degree

Level II

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience OR
• Master's degree

Level III

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience OR
• Master's degree plus 2 years of experience

Scope of Experience: Experience in student affairs administration, student programming, orientation, or related field.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in fraternity and sorority life
