- Evidence of measuring communications effectiveness and using insight to improve outcomes.
You will also be highly organised, comfortable managing competing deadlines and able to exercise sound judgement when handling sensitive communications.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
You will thrive here if you are proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable with change.
No two days are quite the same, so you will need the ability to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure and take ownership of getting things done. You will enjoy working collaboratively but also be confident using your initiative, challenging constructively and recommending better ways of communicating.
Most importantly, you will bring a can-do approach, strong attention to detail and a genuine desire to create communications that people want to read and engage with.
Why Join UEL?
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious and collaborative communications team at an exciting time for UEL.
You will work across a diverse organisation, partner with senior leaders and colleagues throughout the University, and help shape communications that directly influence staff engagement and organisational culture.
