Job Title: Junior Research Fellow
Applications are invited from candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Flexible Electronics and Nano Devices lab at IIT Hyderabad.

Essential qualifications:
- B.Tech in Nanotechnology with a minimum CGPA of 8 and GATE qualified (in EC, EE, IN, PH, MT or XE);
OR
M.Tech in Nanotechnology/Nanoelectronics specialization with min. CGPA of 8;
OR
M.Sc in Nanotechnology/Nanoelectronics specialization with min. CGPA of 8 and GATE qualified (in EC, EE, IN, PH, MT or XE). - The candidate should have prior experience in nanomaterials synthesis and characterization, along with a good understanding of semiconductor fundamentals.
- Expertise in device fabrication (such as physical/electrochemical/bio sensors and photodetectors etc.) or 3D printing should be highlighted, if available.
Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Duration of appointment: One year (subsequent extension based on performance)
