Manager, Premium Seating & Parking

increase engagement, retention, and philanthropic support among premium seating patrons.

In addition to managing premium seating accounts and related ticketing benefits, this position oversees parking allocations, customer service initiatives, and premium seating communications. The Manager collaborates closely with development officers, ticket operations staff, and athletics department stakeholders to support revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and customer engagement goals.

Work may require availability outside of normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and athletic events. Minimum Requirements

- Two years of general clerical experience. One year of which included typing, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR - An Associate's degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology; OR - Graduation from a private school of business with a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology and one year of general clerical experience. College courses in Office Occupations or Office Technology will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in premium seating, customer relationship management, athletic development, ticketing operations, or hospitality services. • Ability to build relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and develop engagement strategies for high-value constituents. • Experience utilizing CRM and ticketing software systems, such as Paciolan, Ticketmaster, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
