ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS, up to 3 points;
- Average grade of Bachelor's Degree transcript, up to 1.5 points.
- Average grade of Master's Degree transcript, up to 1.5 points.
PROFESSIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE, up to 3 points;
- Participation in research projects and/or contracts related to the subject of the research: 0.5 points per year, up to 1.5 points.
- Scientific publications related to the subject of the research in journals indexed in JCR: 0.5 points per publication, up to 1.5 points.
IN PERSON INTERVIEW, up to 3 points
OTHER MERITS, up to 1 point.
- Research stays at foreign research centers related to the subject of the research: 0.25 points, if the total duration of the stays exceeds 3 months.
- Doctoral studies (ongoing or completed) related to the subject of the research: 0.25 points.
- Participation in international conferences, publications in books, or articles not indexed in JCR on topics related to the subject of the research: 0.1 points per item, up to a maximum of 0.5 points.

Tasks to be performed: Assisted bioremediation experiments using nanocomposites and other amendments in laboratory and field settings. Advanced studies on nanoparticle–microorganism interactions. Soil analyses including metagenomic studies. Biotechnological applications.
