Departments or divisions will refer to the pool of applicants on file to fill assignments as needed for summer 2024. You will be contacted by the hiring manager should the department or division be interested in scheduling an interview. Essential Duties Provide instruction in accordance with established course outlines and expectations Inform students about course requirements, evaluation procedures and attendance policy Maintain required student attendance and scholastic records Prepare and grade class assignments and examinations Participate in the development of teaching-learning methods and materials Participate in departmental, area and/or campus professional activities Participate in the colleges learning outcomes assessment program, including course, program, and institutional assessments Perform tasks needed for student records, e.g., submit grades on time to admissions and records Minimum Qualifications/Education and Experience A Bachelors degree in any social science, humanities, mathematics, or natural science discipline or in liberal studies, as appropriate for the course.
