Collaborate with other mental health faculty and staff in the
provision of mental health and wellness care.
Manage details of insurance including authorization and peer to
peer reviews for denials.
Chart patient visits using an electronic medical record.
Assist in discharge planning, including identifying community
placement.
Develop programmatic benchmarks and outcomes of
effectiveness.
Participate in quality and performance assessment
projects.
Participate in the development of and administration of group
programs including skills development, ERP, experiential
activities, and mindfulness.
Participate in other programs and service development.

Work Location:
Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per
week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

faculty, administrators, and patients.
● Must be willing to learn and implement treatment modalities
relevant to OCD
● Knowledge of OCD comorbid mental health issues
● Demonstration of flexibility and problem-solving
● Knowledge of evidence-based treatments including: ERP, Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Remediation Therapy
(CRT), and Habit Reversal Training (HRT)
● Strong clinical judgement & leadership skills
● Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills
● Must be knowledgeable OCD and comorbid mental health disorders
including anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and eating
disorders.
● Must have skills in risk assessment, including suicide and
violence risk assessment.
● Must be comfortable with case management and coordination of
care.
● Must be comfortable with a combination of individual and group
therapy, as well as working with families.
● Must be efficient with time management with the ability to see
many patients in a row if needed or to use time constructively for
administrative or other work.
● Must develop knowledge about step-down processes and network with
community providers.
● Must be able to work closely and collaboratively with the OCD
program.
● Must be able to work cooperatively with all constituencies in the
Department of Psychiatry including Departmental Chair, Program
Directors, and administrative staff.
● Outstanding customer service skills.
