The OCA is a member of the overnight residence life on-call
team and serves as the primary point of contact for students and
facilities issues between 12:00am – 8:00am.
An OCA is responsible for providing overnight coverage in
University residence halls.
The OCA serves two integrated functions during the overnight

during the hours when full-time professional staff are not on
duty.
This position requires a mature, reliable graduate student
capable of working independently overnight, exercising sound
judgment in emergency and non-emergency situations, and balancing
administrative accuracy with direct student support.
