Painter

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Determines the appropriate technique to apply according to the job in question.
• Enforces safety on the jobs being performed.
• Repairs dry wall for painting.
• Prepares dry wall for painting.
• Performs plastering, sanding, scraping, and painting.
• Performs all other duties as may be required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a valid PA Driver's License
• Experience in plastering, spray and trim painting, sanding, set scaffolding, staining, stenciling, mixing colors and antiquing furniture
• Basic grammar, strong leadership and good communication skills
• Flexibility to work daylight, nights, weekends, overtime, or as needed in addition to working independently

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift between 50-80 pounds
• Ability to climb and work at high altitudes
