Key responsibilities include: • Conduct experimental research on quantum magnetic materials and correlated electron systems • Perform low-temperature magnetization and transport measurements using advancedinstrumentation. • Assist with materials synthesis and crystal growth • Analyze experimental data and contribute to peer-reviewed scientific publications • Participate in neutron and synchrotron experiments at national laboratories • Mentor undergraduate and graduate students involved in the
research program • Contribute to collaborative research activities and project reporting Education Required Qualifications • Ph.D. in Physics, Materials Science, or a closely related field • Research experience in condensed matter physics or quantum materials • Experience with experimental techniques related to magnetism, transport, or materials characterization • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a collaborative research environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience with low-temperature measurements and cryogenic systems • Experience in single crystal growth or materials synthesis • Familiarity with neutron scattering or synchrotron-based techniques • Experience mentoring students in laboratory research Salary Range: Minimum Salary $45,378.00 Special Instructions: You will be provided with confirmation of receipt when your application and/or résumé is submitted successfully.
