Job Description

The research will be conducted by the ON4.3 Group, led by Dr. Ewa Przeździecka, Professor at the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IF PAN). The group has access to molecular beam epitaxy technology for Group II-VI materials. In addition, it has equipment for optical measurements (photoluminescence, photoconductivity). The team collaborates extensively with other research groups both within the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IF PAN) and outside it, including long-standing international collaborations.

Requirements

• A Ph.D. in the physical sciences or a related fields.
• Experience in semiconductor spectroscopy, including oxide materials, documented by scientific publications.
• Experience working with cryogenic liquids.
• Experience participating in research projects is a plus.
• Experience presenting scientific results at international conferences is a plus.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Experience in data processing and visualization using Origin and MathCAD is welcome.
