These projects involve potential collaborations with existing members of the Dragoi lab as well as with other labs in the Texas Medical Center and provide opportunities for interdisciplinary training and experience. Ideal applicants would have a strong background in systems, cognitive, and computational neuroscience. Candidates with prior experience in neurophysiology, optogenetics and electrical stimulation in behaving animals, and computer programming (especially Matlab) are especially encouraged to apply.
