Offer Description
Are you passionate about cutting-edge science and ready to tackle global challenges through innovative research? We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Postdoctoral Researcher to join our international and interdisciplinary team as part of the C5 Project, funded under the prestigious EIC Pathfinder program.
About the Project
European Innovation Council (EIC) Pathfinder Grant: Clever Combination of Synthetic Compartmentalization, Carbon Fixation, and Compound Biomanufacturing (C5)
The C5 consortium aims to develop a disruptive Solar-to-X technology that converts sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide directly into valuable chemicals and fuels using highly engineered cyanobacteria. Coordinated by the Universidad de Córdoba (Spain) alongside four European partners—Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Universiteit Leiden, Wageningen University, and the SME INSociety—the project is highly collaborative and interdisciplinary.
