The contractor must comply with the DNSH under Art.17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852, the European Commission's Technical Guidelines, the National Operational Guide, where applicable Technical Note N. 26, and other funding-programme provisions. Activities and results must not significantly harm the six environmental objectives under Art.9, and the contractor must provide requested compliance documentation and evidence.
