This spans back-end physical implementation (place-and-route, physical verification, DRC/LVS across heterogeneous stacks, timing closure under packaging parasitics), advanced packaging architecture selection (2.5D, 3D, hybrid bonding, fan-out), manufacturing pathway management, known-good-die test strategy, and the UK and global supply chain for heterogeneous integration.
