About the Position:
This position is responsible for providing courteous assistance to patrons at the Fenwick Library, aid in the opening procedures of the building at the beginning of the day, and support the Research Poster Printing program housed within Access Services.

Responsibilities:
Research Poster Printing Support
- Reviews and processes poster printing requests;
- Answers basic inquiries via email, phone, and in-person;
- Performs basic maintenance on wide-format printers; and
- Updates service tracking documentation.
- Providing courteous assistance at the Information Desk in a professional, fair, and consistent manner for all patrons of University Libraries;
