Offer Description
The successful candidate will analyze single-cell multi-omics data, such as transcriptomic, spatial transcriptomic, and proteomic data, with a particular focus on interaction networks involved in cell–cell communication. Specifically, the candidate will be expected to develop innovative analytical algorithms for investigating cell–cell interaction motifs, with the aim of better elucidating the complex network of interactions between tumor cells and the tumor microenvironment, as well as…
identifying novel therapeutic approaches.

Eligibility criteria
Both Italian and non-Italian applicants may take part in the selection who are in possession of a Master's or single-cycle degree in Physics, Informatics or Biology only if they attained their degree no more than 6 years before the application deadline. Applications are also welcome from those in possession of a qualification attained abroad and recognised as being equivalent to the above mentioned Italian qualification.
