Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years shooting and editing in a professional environment,
with a strong portfolio of vertical, social-first video.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or DaVinci
Resolve.
- Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit both short and
longer-form video, including interview-style and multi-camera
setups, and condense those into consumable, social-forward
content.
- Solid news judgement.
- Strong on-camera presence and experience appearing in social
video content.
- Deep, current knowledge of social platform trends, news cycles,
and how to translate fast-moving stories into engaging vertical
video.
- Ability to work with minimal direction.
- Excellent attention to detail while maintaining speed and
consistency under deadline pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot.
- Excellent work ethic and positive attitude.
- Sense of humor.
Great if you also have:
- Familiarity with social media analytical tools (Sprinklr,
Google Analytics, etc.)
- Experience producing or shooting podcast-style video
content.

Expected Hiring Range:
$60,315.00 - $85,192.50
With the pay range(s) shown above, the starting salary will depend
on several factors, which may include your education, experience,
location, knowledge and expertise, and skills as well as a pay
comparison to similarly-situated employees already in the role.
