Position Summary:
The Office Assistant for the Office of Learning Services is a temporary, 20-hour-per-week position responsible for coordinating and supporting all student testing operations. This includes scheduling exams, coordinating and providing proctoring services, maintaining accurate testing records, and communicating with instructors and students to ensure testing accommodations and procedures are implemented effectively. In addition, the position provides essential front-office support, including answering phones, scheduling student appointments, greeting students, faculty, and staff, and triaging questions and concerns to the appropriate staff or resources.
