Purpose:
The Management & Entrepreneurship Department in the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor, beginning in Fall 2027. We invite applications from individuals working at the frontiers of strategy and organization theory, with complementary training and research. We particularly want candidates who can contribute to our strategy and organization theory research portfolio and teach undergraduate and graduate strategy and organizational change courses.
Qualifications
Ph.D. or ABD in Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field by September 1, 2027.
Demonstrated ability and potential for high-quality, peer-reviewed scholarly research.
Demonstrated excellence and potential for effective and inclusive teaching and mentoring of a diverse student population.
Responsibilities
Tenure-track faculty are teaching scholars expected to balance teaching, research, and service. This is an in-person position.
