This year, we are particularly interested in candidates whose research explores the role of computing and AI within the focal areas of health and medicine; human and technical dimensions of trust, safety, and security; and the design, application, and governance of technology in urban environments. In each domain, we seek candidates who bring a range of methodological approaches to bear on research problems, including the design, building, development, theoretical analysis, and application of computing and AI systems to address needs, as well as social science methods to investigate interactions between people and systems within these domains.
