Daniel B. King is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Drexel University, where he also serves as Associate Department Head, Undergraduate Program Adviser, and Chair of the Undergraduate Affairs Committee. He earned a BA from Johns Hopkins University in 1990 and a PhD from the University of Miami/RSMAS in 1997. King's research specializes in chemical education, focusing on the assessment of active learning approaches, the use of technology to improve student learning, and the incorporation of real-world context into the chemistry curriculum.
