Dr. Suliman holds concurrent associate professorships at several Sudanese universities, including Sudan International University, University of Medical Sciences and Technology, Ibn Sina University, University of Khartoum, Ahfad University, and University of Gezira, where he teaches subjects such as nanoparticulate drug delivery systems, clinical pharmacokinetics, therapeutic drug monitoring, nanobiotechnology, quality assurance, GMP, and manufacturing processes. His research specializes in pharmaceutics, encompassing nanoparticulate drug delivery systems, biopharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, solubility enhancement of poorly soluble drugs, targeted drug delivery, natural excipients, and osmotic pump systems. Key publications include "Preparation and evaluation of colon adhesive pellets of 5-aminosalicylic acid" (International Journal of Pharmaceutics, 2014), "Polybutylcyanoacrylate nanocarriers as promising targeted drug delivery systems" (Journal of Drug Targeting, 2015), "Solubility enhancement of some poorly soluble drugs by solid dispersion using Ziziphus spina-christi gum polymer" (Saudi Pharmaceutical Journal, 2022), and "Carbamazepine solubility enhancement in tandem with swellable polymer osmotic pump tablet" (Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences, 2014).
