Rate My Professor Galina Boiarintseva

Boiarintseva's research focuses on work-life balance, particularly among dual-career professional couples without children, gender dynamics in careers, and hiring practices. Notable publications include "A qualitative investigation of the work-nonwork experiences of dual-career professional couples without children" (Personnel Review, 2022, co-authored with Ezzedeen, McNab, and Wilkin); "Definitions of work-life balance in childfree dual-career couples: an inductive typology" (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, 2021, co-authored with Ezzedeen and Wilkin); "Work-life balance and male lawyers: A socially constructed and dynamic process" (Personnel Review, 2019, co-authored with Richardson); and "All of work? All of life? Reconceptualising work-life balance for the 21st century" (Human Resource Management Journal, 2019, co-authored with Kelliher and Richardson).
