Her research centers on organizational behavior, particularly employee creativity, team creativity, social networks, and leadership. Current projects examine the temporal dynamics of creative employees' social networks, the effects of leaders' perfectionism and anger expression on psychological safety and creativity, and strategies to support neurodiverse employees, including those with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder.
