Quigley has provided students with hands-on experiences, such as leading a reporting trip to the 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, where they covered protests, politicians, and celebrities. She organizes conferences on children and families journalism, supports initiatives like South Jersey Climate News, and serves as internship coordinator. A recent publication is her article “You Know You Are From South Jersey” in NJ Family Magazine (April 2024). As department chair, she leads the program, promoting professional development and rigorous journalism training.
