Professor Patrick S. Ohikhena serves as Professor of Business Administration in the Department of Business Administration, College of Social and Management Sciences, at Wellspring University, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria, and holds the position of Deputy Vice Chancellor. He earned a BSc with Upper Division honours from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, an MBA from the University of Benin—where he received the Akinmokun’s Prize for Business Policy in 1991—and a PhD in Management from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM), Ohikhena's research specializations encompass strategic management, human resource management, and organizational behaviour.
