Rate My Professor Scott Raynor

Scott Raynor serves as professor and chair of the Art and Graphic Design Department within High Point University's School of Art and Design, a position he has held since joining the institution in 2005. Throughout his tenure, Raynor has demonstrated exceptional leadership in advancing the department's offerings and student opportunities. He established the university's first Mac Lab and introduced its inaugural digital art courses, laying foundational infrastructure for modern art education. Raynor spearheaded the creation of new degree programs in graphic design and digital imaging, alongside a full-semester study abroad initiative in Italy partnered with Studio Art Centers International. His international outreach includes forging a collaborative partnership between the HPU School of Art and Design and Jiangxi Normal University in China.
