Her research specializations include inter-organizational systems, technology adoption and diffusion, business-to-business electronic commerce, technology-enabled supply chain management, enterprise systems, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, supply chain resilience, sustainability with an emphasis on ESG factors, digital food supply chain traceability, AI applications in precision agriculture and rural communities, cyber security readiness, and innovations in the digital society.
