Dr. Lynch contributes to campus intellectual life beyond the classroom. She serves as a faculty contact for the Library & Information Science Accelerated 4+1 Program. In Wartburg College's Keep on Learning series, she presented on “Momentary Glimpses: Exploring Impressionism in the Arts,” examining the Impressionism movement. She received Faculty Development Fund support to present on Victor LaValle's Destroyer: A Creature for Modern Times. Dr. Lynch has led Hearthside book discussions, including Colson Whitehead's Harlem Shuffle, and spoken at meetings of the Wartburg Philosophical and Literary Society.
